auth on handshake domain

Was able to get auth working on both HNS and ICANN domains on https://discuss.inspin by editing config.php: 'url' => "https://" . \Illuminate\Support\Arr::get($_SERVER, 'HTTP_HOST', 'discuss.inspin'),

Ryan nginx was my jam for YEARS but the ease of Caddy was just too good. It's a shame because I had a lot of saved nginx configs for super secure sites.
